An exclusive retained search is underway for a senior leader with deep experience in Workers’ Compensation Utilization Management and a track record of building high-performing operations.

This is a mission-critical leadership opportunity with significant influence over the direction, scalability, and performance of a growing organization.

The ideal executive is a high-agency, hands-on leader who can move comfortably between enterprise strategy and execution — using business intelligence, technology, and performance metrics to identify opportunities, improve utilization, manage cost, and elevate client outcomes.

The opportunity may be particularly compelling for leaders who have:

• Led Utilization Management or related operations within the Workers’ Compensation ecosystem
• Built performance frameworks using KPIs, analytics, and operational intelligence to drive decisions
• Improved workflow efficiency, productivity, quality, and scalability
• Leveraged technology or innovation to modernize service delivery
• Led organizations through growth, transformation, integration, or change
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Experience with a Workers’ Compensation vendor, service provider, InsurTech, managed care, or cost-containment organization
