Client Account Manager – Cost Containment Services

Location: Remote Northeast

Territory: Northeast (NY, NJ, PA, CT, MA, RI, NH, VT, ME) — preferred location in major metro hubs within the territory

Travel: Strategic, relationship-focused travel within territory

Solutions & Services: MSP compliance, EDI solutions, predictive analytics, LegalTech/InsurTech, MSA-related services (MSA experience not required)

About the Role:

Join an innovative leader in Cost Containment Services supporting Workers’ Compensation and Liability Claims organizations. We’re seeking a Client Account Manager who thrives on building relationships, driving revenue, and expanding national and regional accounts. You’ll manage existing clients while identifying new opportunities within Carriers, TPAs, Employers, and Law Firms.

Ideal Background:

Client Services, Account Management, or Sales experience supporting Workers’ Compensation or Liability Claims organizations

Existing relationships with claims professionals, carriers, TPAs, or legal partners

Proven ability to grow accounts and drive revenue

Positive, proactive, growth-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow existing client accounts, increasing referrals and revenue

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the territory

Serve as a trusted advisor to Carriers, TPAs, Employers, and Law Firms

Leverage adjacent networks, including attorneys and industry partners

Collaborate internally while working independently
