Commercial Marketing Manager

Growing commercial insurance brokerage is seeking an experienced Commercial Marketing Manager to lead carrier marketing, placement strategy, and negotiations for complex commercial accounts.

What You’ll Do

• Market new and renewal commercial business
• Build and manage carrier relationships
• Negotiate coverage, pricing, and terms
• Partner with Producers and Account Managers on client strategies
• Analyze risks and develop creative coverage solutions
• Stay current on carrier appetites and market trends

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial lines marketing experience
• Strong Property & Casualty and specialty coverage knowledge
• Established carrier relationships and strong negotiation skills
• Strategic, consultative approach with excellent follow-through
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Texas General Lines License preferred
