Client Partner – Strategic Accounts New York City Metro | Hybrid
A global insurance services and technology firm is looking for a senior client relationship leader to join their Reinsurance and E&S practice, managing complex, high-value accounts with some of the industry's most sophisticated buyers.
You bring:
— 15+ years in commercial insurance, preferably E&S or reinsurance
— Background in underwriting, claims, actuarial, product, or IT
— Proven ability to manage senior client relationships in complex B2B engagements
— Comfort with executive-level communication and up to 50% in-person client engagement
— CPCU, ARe, or similar designation a plus; MBA preferred
The role:
— Own relationships with assigned strategic accounts as primary senior-level point of contact
— Align internal delivery teams with client expectations and drive quality execution
— Lead governance sessions, performance reviews, and executive briefings
— Partner on account planning, forecasting, and expansion strategy
— Represent the firm at industry events and conferences
