Highly respected and long-standing Dallas based insurance agency is seeking an employee benefits account manager to help support a rapidly expanding benefits practice. This person will join a company who puts a premium on working collaboratively to make sure their clients are provided the very best service possible.

The ideal candidate will have:

- 5 to 10 years of employee benefits account management experience within an insurance agency/broker environment

- Experience and in using Applied Epic 

- A comfort level interfacing with clients - new and existing

- Any insurance designations would be a plus

Hybrid Work Schedule - 3 days WFH, 2 Days in the office.
