Account Executive – Professional Lines (Management Liability & Healthcare)

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive with experience in Professional Lines / Management Liability to support Brokers in marketing, quoting, and managing complex E&O, D&O, EPLI, Fiduciary, and Cyber placements.

This role is ideal for a strong wholesale marketing professional who understands the nuances of management liability coverage and thrives in a production-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Market new and renewal Management Liability accounts to carriers
• Negotiate pricing, terms, conditions, and coverage enhancements
• Prepare comprehensive coverage comparisons and recommendations
• Manage accounts from submission through binding and policy issuance
• Handle endorsements, renewals, and cancellations with accuracy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail agents and underwriters

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of wholesale experience in Professional Lines
• Strong knowledge of D&O, EPLI, Fiduciary, E&O, Healthcare and Cyber coverage
• Active state insurance license
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage multiple accounts independently
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
