Business Development Representative | Investigations
Location: 100% Remote — Must reside in Florida
Territory: Florida (statewide) with potential Southeast regional support
Industry: Cost Containment / Investigations — calling on Law Firms, Self-Insureds, Carriers, and TPAs (Workers’ Comp, Auto, Disability)
Scope of Position:
Drive new business expansion throughout Florida while leveraging existing national accounts and extending the company’s established Midwest and East Coast footprint. Primary targets include Law Firms, Self-Insureds, and Carriers/TPAs.
Experience & Qualifications:
Proven success obtaining and growing accounts at local/regional levels
Direct experience selling into Law Firms & Self-Insureds
Background in Investigations, SIU, Surveillance, or Cost Containment
Strong Florida industry network (WC, Liability, or Claims)
Self-starter with consultative sales skills and CRM (Salesforce) experience
Active in local associations (IASU, IFM, RIMS, etc.)
Willingness to travel throughout Florida
