We’re conducting an exclusive search for a hands-on, growth-focused Player-Coach to lead and sell at the national level in Workers’ Compensation, Auto Liability, and Disability. This is a high-impact, confidential role where you’ll drive net-new business, mentor a growing sales team, and shape the future of a fast-moving organization.

You’ll have access to your inner circle of titan industry decision-makers, but we expect you to bring your own “Riz” — hustle, charisma, and a growth mindset. Your mission: close national programmatic deals while coaching your team to achieve revenue and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive national new business 99% of the time

  • Mentor and develop a high-performing sales team

  • Cultivate C-Suite relationships with carriers, TPAs, MGAs, self-insureds, and public entities

  • Manage pipeline, track progress, and implement sales strategies

  • Collaborate with Client Success Managers to ensure optimal service

Compensation & Perks:
