What You'll Be Doing

We are looking for an independent, proactive, self-motivated RN who enjoys relationship-building, direct client interaction, and making a difference from the very beginning of an injury.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Utilizing your clinical and nursing expertise to coordinate injured workers' treatment plans while promoting quality outcomes and cost containment.
• Performing three-point contact with employers, injured workers, and medical providers within a dedicated account setting.
• Serving as a client-facing Case Manager, developing strong relationships with employers and key stakeholders.
• Interacting directly with clients on a daily basis.
• Working with employees at the time of injury to facilitate timely, appropriate care and positive return-to-work outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Active Texas RN License.
• CCM certification or eligibility.
• Previous Workers' Compensation Case Management experience is REQUIRED.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• A self-starter who thrives working independently while appreciating the benefits of a close-knit, supportive team.
• Someone who genuinely enjoys working with employers, injured workers, and healthcare providers.
