A nationally expanding organization focused on innovative return-to-work and workforce reintegration solutions is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth across multiple U.S. regions.

The Opportunity

You’ll be responsible for developing new partnerships across the workers’ compensation and risk management community, introducing a program designed to support injured workers while improving claims outcomes.

This is a blend of:

  • Relationship-driven selling
  • Strategic, disciplined execution
  • Data-informed pipeline management

You’ll engage decision-makers across:

  • Insurance carriers
  • Third-party administrators (TPAs)
  • Self-insured employers
  • Risk managers
  • Captive insurance groups

Territory & Market Ownership

Midwest | Southwest | West Coast

Candidates can be based in major metropolitan areas within these regions.

This role is designed for regional coverage, and candidates will spend the majority of their time focused on business development activities within their assigned region.

✈️ Travel is required for client meetings, conferences, and relationship development.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prospect and develop new business through outreach, networking, referrals, and industry engagement
  • Leverage your existing workers’ compensation network
  • Conduct discovery meetings with claims leaders, risk managers, and decision-makers
  • Deliver presentations via in-person meetings, virtual sessions, and industry events
  • Guide prospects through evaluation and partnership development
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation
  • Maintain and grow relationships within your territory
  • Manage pipeline activity using CRM tools and sales metrics

Ideal Background

  • Proven success in B2B sales
  • Experience within workers’ compensation, insurance, or risk management
  • Strong established relationships within carriers, TPAs, or employer groups
  • Highly proactive prospecting and pipeline-building mindset
  • Comfortable in a metrics-driven environment
  • Strong presentation and consultative selling skills
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
  • Entrepreneurial approach to territory ownership and growth
