We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Marketing Manager to join a growing commercial insurance brokerage. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys carrier relationships, negotiating coverage and pricing, and finding creative solutions for clients.

What You’ll Do

• Market new and renewal commercial accounts with regional, national, and specialty carriers
• Build and strengthen carrier relationships
• Negotiate coverage, pricing, and terms
• Partner with Producers and Account Managers on placement strategy
• Analyze risks and develop creative coverage solutions
• Compare carrier options and make strategic recommendations
• Stay current on carrier appetites, market trends, and emerging risks
• Help drive client retention, growth, and exceptional service

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of Commercial Lines marketing experience in an agency or brokerage
• Strong knowledge of Property, Casualty, Executive Liability, Cyber, and Specialty Lines
• Proven carrier relationships and strong negotiation skills
• Strategic, consultative approach to risk and problem-solving
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Strong communication and follow-through
• Texas General Lines License preferred
