Questpro, a leading insurance recruiting firm, is partnered with an expanding, national insurance company looking for an ACCOUNT RECEIVEABLE ANALYST to join their Finance department.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Monitoring aged receivables and assisting with the collection of past-due items
• Managing incoming and outgoing payment related inquiries verbally and electronically with customers and company partners
• Review and process cancellation and return premium refunds
• Analyze accounts monthly
• Perform data entry and research across multiple company business software programs
• Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

·      3+ years of accounting and/or collections experience

• Knowledge and understanding of proper accounting treatment for accounts receivable transactions and activities
• Experience in P&C insurance and billing/accounting systems, are advantageous
• Insurance software experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
• Excellent math and data analysis skills; comfortable interpreting and manipulating report data
