Job Order: Senior Claims Representative (Temporary – Potential Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Des Moines, IA
Schedule: Onsite, Monday–Friday (Hybrid eligibility after training)
Duration: Temporary, with potential for temp-to-hire in 2026

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Claims Representative to provide temporary support to our Des Moines, IA branch. This role requires strong technical expertise in commercial claims and the ability to work onsite five days per week. Once fully trained, the selected candidate may be eligible for a hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and investigate complex commercial claims.

• Handle General Liability, Commercial Auto, and Bodily Injury claims.

• Work claims specific to Kansas, Nebraska, and Iowa.  

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate claims resolutions.

• Provide high-quality customer service and maintain strong documentation standards.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Senior Claims Representative or comparable role.

• Strong background in commercial lines, including General Liability, Commercial Auto, and Bodily Injury.

• Experience adjusting claims in KS, NE, and IA preferred.

• Ability to work onsite at the Des Moines branch Monday–Friday.

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Additional Notes:

• This is a temporary role with the possibility of converting to a temp-to-hire position in 2026.

• Hybrid schedule may be considered after completion of training.
