- Own your territory — prospecting, onboarding, and growing a book of Strategic Agency Partners with a consultative sales approach
- Be the go-to expert for agents, training them on products, platforms, and underwriting so they think of us first on every quote
- Dig into agency diagnostics and build growth plans that hold partners accountable and unlock new revenue opportunities
- Stay sharp on competitors and market trends, feeding intel back to the team and spotting new distribution plays before anyone else
- Work remotely with up to 60% travel, a competitive base plus monthly commission, and the autonomy of a big company with a small-company feel
Target Profile:
- 3-5 years of independent agency marketing experience
- Strong knowledge of Personal Lines insurance products
- Ability to build and execute a distribution plan
- Bachelor's degree and industry designations are a plus (CIC, PLCS, API, AINS, CPCU)
