Sr. Workers Compensation Adjuster

Performance Objectives

• Proactively manage a portfolio of Workers’ Compensation lost-time claims from intake through resolution to achieve timely, cost-effective outcomes.
• Serve as the technical expert on Tennessee Workers’ Compensation statutes and procedures to ensure full regulatory compliance and optimal strategy.
• Apply multi-state workers' compensation knowledge to handle or support Mississippi claims as needed.
• Leverage ClaimCenter to maintain clear documentation, accurate reserves, and efficient file handling.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of dedicated experience handling Tennessee Workers’ Compensation lost-time claims. Experience handling Mississippi claims is preferred.
• Active and valid Adjuster license required.
• Experience using Guidewire ClaimCenter (or similar modern claims management software) is preferred.
• Hybrid work arrangement operating out of one of our office locations.
