We're seeking a Production Underwriter to lead the development, pricing, and management of warranty and service contract programs. In this highly visible role, you'll evaluate new business opportunities, structure profitable solutions, negotiate with clients and brokers, and help shape the future of a growing warranty business.

What You'll Do

• Develop and underwrite warranty and service contract programs
• Analyze profitability, risk structures, and program performance
• Build relationships with brokers, administrators, dealers, distributors, and OEM partners
• Collaborate on pricing, coverage design, program launches, and growth initiatives
• Support reinsurance and regulatory compliance efforts

What They're Looking For

• 5+ years of warranty, program, or specialty underwriting experience
• Knowledge of service contracts, delegated authority programs, and regulatory compliance
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
