Workers' Compensation Adjuster Fully Remote (anywhere in the U.S.) | $85,000 – $90,000

Questpro has partnered with a well-established leader in claims management to find an experienced Workers' Compensation Adjuster handling MN and SD Claims. Our client is redefining how risk is managed and claims are handled, and this role sits at the center of that work — every claim tells a story, and you'll be the voice behind it.


Performance Objectives

  • Evaluate claims: Conduct thorough investigations and deliver well-supported claim determinations.
  • Administer processes: Manage claims end-to-end in compliance with jurisdictional guidelines and internal protocols.
  • Negotiate resolutions: Drive negotiations with claimants, attorneys, and physicians to settle claims cost-effectively.
  • Document with precision: Maintain complete, current, and accurate claim files.
  • Advocate for stakeholders: Partner with clients, counsel, and medical professionals to reach the best resolution.
  • Analyze trends: Identify and report emerging claim trends to improve process and service quality.


Required Experience

  • 3–5+ years of current, hands-on workers' compensation adjusting experience.
  • Currently handling a full indemnity desk (or majority indemnity). Medical-only adjusters will not be considered.
  • Litigation experience.
  • Proven ability to manage caseloads of 110+ files.
  • Minnesota and South Dakota jurisdiction experience — Minnesota is the primary jurisdiction on this desk.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with regular claim reviews and direct client interaction.


Preferred Experience

  • Catastrophic / high-exposure claims handling.

Licensing

  • Minnesota adjuster's license, or a reciprocal license with willingness to obtain MN licensure.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in insurance or claims management.

Compensation

  • Target salary range: $85,000 – $90,000
