General Liability Claims Adjuster - Must have litigation experience. (Temp-to-Hire Potential) located in office Dallas, TX. Client might be flexible with a hybrid or remote - checking with Corporate.

We are seeking an experienced a GL Claims Adjuster to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential for a temp-to-hire opportunity depending on business needs. This role will focus on handling advanced claims, including slip and fall, and attorney-represented cases and litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of complex claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Handle slip and fall cases and attorney-represented claims.
• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve claims in accordance with company policies and state regulations.
• Work closely with legal teams, medical professionals, and other stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain detailed documentation and provide regular updates on claim status.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of claims adjusting experience, preferably with slip and falls and attorney-represented cases/litigation.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams..
