What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with retail agents and carrier partners
- Market, quote, bind, and manage new and renewal business
- Negotiate competitive terms and coverage with accessible markets
- Ensure accurate, complete submissions and account compliance
- Support assigned brokers in meeting or exceeding production goals
- Stay current on market trends, products, and industry developments
What They’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or insurance designation preferred
- 3+ years of wholesale insurance experience (or equivalent)
- Active insurance license(s)
- Strong knowledge of commercial coverages and risk analysis
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Team-oriented, detail-driven, and production-focused
