Reinsurance Technology SME

Take ownership of reinsurance implementations end-to-end — from initial solution scoping through launch — as the go-to reinsurance expert connecting clients, the build team, and product strategy. You'll convert complex treaty and facultative arrangements into clean, actionable system requirements, juggling several client engagements at once in a fast-moving, technology-driven setting.

Required Experience:

• 2-3+ years of direct reinsurance experience (on the cedant, reinsurer, or broker side)
• Solid grasp of treaty and facultative arrangements, cession processes, recoverables, and Schedule F
• Background in gathering client requirements or scoping technology/software rollouts
• Skill at converting complex business needs into clear, buildable specifications and seeing them through to completion
