Role Description

This is a part-time 20 hour/week remote role for an Account Manager. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a franchisee proprietary program book of business, providing insurance day to day service on the book of business, handling all aspects of the insureds renewal process and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Knowledge of insurance policies and regulations
• Experience in insurance account management
• Proficiency in CRM software - Hawksoft Agency Management System knowledge is a plus
• Attention to detail and organizational skills is a must
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Been a commercial insurance account manager for at least 2+ years
• Currently have an active insurance license in Property & Casualty

100% fully remote. Position could go full time depending on performance and book of business
