Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Medical Only Adjuster for a temporary assignment in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have experience handling medical-only workers’ compensation claims and hold active adjuster licenses in Florida, Michigan, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload of Workers’ Compensation Medical Only claims.
• Review and investigate claims to determine compensability and appropriate benefits.
• Coordinate medical treatment and communicate with injured workers, medical providers, employers, and other involved parties.
• Review medical bills, records, and related documentation.
• Monitor claim progress and ensure timely and appropriate resolution.
• Maintain accurate claim notes and documentation within the claims management system.
• Ensure compliance with applicable state regulations and claims-handling guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience handling Workers’ Compensation Medical Only claims.
• Active adjuster licenses in Florida, Michigan, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.
• Strong knowledge of Workers’ Compensation claims processes and medical-only claim handling.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple claims and meet established deadlines.
• Must be able to work onsite in the Atlanta, GA office.
