Meaningful Work – Advocate for injured employees, coordinate care, and help individuals safely return to health and work.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate medical care for injured workers throughout the Greater Kansas City territory.
  • Attend provider appointments and communicate with physicians, employers, carriers, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage individualized case management plans.
  • Facilitate timely, cost-effective, medically appropriate treatment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and provide exceptional customer service throughout the life of each claim.

Qualifications

  • Active RN license.
  • Two or more years of clinical nursing experience.
  • Workers' Compensation Case Management experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills.
  • Comfortable traveling throughout the Greater Kansas City market.

If you're looking for an organization that values its nurses, invests in long-term success, and offers one of the most attractive field case management packages in the industry—including a company vehicle—we'd love to speak with you.
