Director of Business Development - Appraisal & Dispute Resolution
Apply for this job

Our client is a leading national provider of outsourced claims management and independent adjusting solutions within the property and casualty industry. They are seeking an entrepreneurial business development leader to expand and drive commercial growth for their rapidly evolving Appraisal & Dispute Resolution (ADR) practice.

This is a high‑impact, practice‑building position — not a traditional territory sales job. They need a builder: someone who has successfully created new markets, cultivated executive‑level relationships, and delivered sustained revenue growth within the insurance claims ecosystem. They need a hunter: a professional energized by creating new business, opening new doors, and shaping a vertical from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the national go‑to‑market strategy for ADR services
  • Build and expand a national commercial strategy focused on new client acquisition
  • Deepen opportunities across an existing, well‑established client portfolio
  • Develop relationships with executives, carriers, TPAs, and industry partners
  • Represent a practice backed by strong operational infrastructure and private equity support

You will have the runway to build and scale a national practice within an organization known for its credibility, operational excellence, and industry reach.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven success in market development and strategic growth
  • Strong network within the insurance claims ecosystem
  • Experience selling or influencing at the executive level
  • Entrepreneurial, self‑directed, and comfortable leading national initiatives
  • Passion for building something new and driving measurable commercial impact
