We’re seeking an experienced Claims Leader to lead a claims team while serving as a trusted advocate for clients across Property & Casualty lines. This is a high-visibility role for someone who enjoys complex claims, client relationships, and team leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Claims team.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex, high-value, disputed, and litigated claims.
• Advocate for clients and advise on coverage, claims strategy, and risk management.
• Partner with carriers, adjusters, attorneys, and internal teams.
• Oversee significant claims, including those exceeding $250K.
• Identify coverage concerns and potential E&O exposures.
• Lead client claims reviews and improve department processes and best practices.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of P&C claims experience in a brokerage, agency, carrier, or TPA environment.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong commercial P&C coverage and policy interpretation skills.
• Experience with complex or high-value claims.
• Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; industry designations such as AIC, CPCU, ARM, or CIC are a plus.
