Our client is seeking an experienced Medical Only Claims Adjuster to manage claims involving medical treatment only. This role focuses on ensuring timely and accurate claim handling, while delivering excellent customer service to injured workers, employers, and medical providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of medical-only workers’ compensation claims from inception to closure
• Review and process medical bills and related documentation
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company guidelines
• Communicate with claimants, employers, medical providers, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate and detailed claim notes and documentation
• Evaluate claims for potential escalation or complexity changes
• Authorize payments within designated authority levels

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of workers’ compensation claims experience (medical-only preferred)
• Strong understanding of workers’ compensation laws and procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple claims in a fast-paced environment
