Attorney Represented Bodily Injury Adjusters (4 Openings)

Position Type: Temporary Contract

Start Date: November 2, 2026

Duration: Through year end, with potential for extension

Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Work Arrangement: Onsite

We are seeking 4 experienced Bodily Injury/Casualty Claims Adjusters to support an Attorney Represented Claims Unit.

Responsibilities:

• Handle attorney-represented bodily injury claims from evaluation through resolution.
• Review medical records and bills, complete bodily injury evaluations, and negotiate settlements with attorneys.
• Make outbound calls to move claims forward and maintain professional written and verbal communication.
• Manage claims efficiently while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Multi-state adjuster licensing preferred, particularly in TX, AZ, SC, TN, OH, GA, MD, NM, UT, and VA.
• 2-4+ years of experience handling attorney-represented bodily injury claims.
• Guidewire experience required; ImageRight experience a plus.
• Non-standard auto insurance experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
