Job Title: Claims Specialist – High-Value Personal Property - REMOTE

About the Role:
We’re looking to add a Claims Specialist to our growing team! This position is ideal for someone with a background in high-value personal property claims, especially in jewelry, luxury goods, or similar items. You’ll be a key part of our service team, helping to guide clients through the claims process with empathy, efficiency, and expert knowledge.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and process claims related to high-value items, especially jewelry

• Review and interpret appraisals, valuations, and supporting documentation

• Communicate with policyholders, jewelers, and insurance carriers throughout the claims process

• Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete

• Investigate losses with a high level of attention to detail

• Maintain detailed case files and support the service team as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in insurance claims, preferably with a focus on jewelry or high-value personal property

• Familiarity with appraisals, valuations, and required documentation

• Strong attention to detail and investigative instincts

• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

• A collaborative mindset and desire to provide white-glove service

Schedule:

• Flexible daytime schedule, Monday through Friday

• Remote or hybrid arrangements available depending on location

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary in the $50,000–$55,000 range, depending on experience
