Must have Advanced Excel Experience


About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Sales Support Specialist to join our growing Life Insurance Brokerage Agency. This is temp to possible hire working closely with our senior leadership team and producers to support day-to-day administrative functions.

Would prefer someone that has some experience in the life insurance, sales support, or administrative operations who is looking to grow their career within a dynamic and supportive environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist producers with new business applications and policy servicing
  • Run basic carrier illustrations and assist with case preparation
  • Provide administrative and back-office support
  • Maintain accurate electronic files in the Agency Management System and CRM
  • Support documentation, follow-ups, and general office organization


Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of life insurance products preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Needs ADVANCED level Excel experience
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
  • Professional communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with AgencyWorks or other CRM systems is helpful but not required
