Workers Compensation Claims Supervisor

Are you a workers compensation claims leader ready to take the next step in your career? We're seeking an experienced Claims Supervisor to lead a team of indemnity adjusters, drive best-in-class service, and build a high-performing claims culture.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the Team: Supervise and mentor a Workers Compensation claims team managing a diverse caseload, ensuring high-quality, efficient service delivery.
• Champion Best Practices: Guide the team in handling claims according to established best practices and company standards.
• Drive Talent Development: Own the hiring and training of adjusters, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Manage Performance: Set clear team goals, motivate strong performance, and balance workloads for optimal efficiency.
• Leverage Technology: Utilize industry-leading claims technology to boost team efficiency and elevate service quality.
• Communicate with Impact: Serve as a professional, proactive point of contact for clients, carriers, and brokers.
• Coach and Develop: Juggle competing priorities while identifying coaching opportunities and setting team members up for long-term success.

What We're Looking For:

Required:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 8 years of related workers compensation claims experience
• Minimum 3+ years of supervisory/managerial experience leading a team of indemnity adjusters
• Active licensing/certification in Michigan and Wisconsin (or ability to obtain)
• Strong working knowledge of team member–related functions

Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree
• TPA (Third-Party Administrator) experience
• Existing jurisdictional experience in Michigan and Wisconsin

Compensation: $95,000–$105,000 (based on experience)
