Our well‑established TPA client is seeking a REMOTE Construction Defect Claims Unit Manager.

This role oversees a team of 5–8 claims professionals, providing proactive leadership, clear direction, and accountability for caseload management. The supervisor ensures adherence to file‑handling standards, company best practices, state regulations, and audit requirements while maintaining strict confidentiality. Responsibilities include reviewing appeals and grievances, responding to complaints, supporting quality assurance initiatives, and upholding company policies.

MUST HAVE CALIFORNIA CLAIMS HANDLING EXPERIENCE.

Requirments:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, 2-year degree or higher preferred.
• Requires 7 + years of overall claims and litigation experience, preferably in the line of business being handled.
• Preferred 2+ years Claims Supervisory experience or similar/related experience in the appropriate field.
• Claims designation (AIC,ARM,CPCU, SCLA or other industry related) preferred.
• Active California Adjuster’s License Needed.
• Must possess or have the ability to obtain a Florida Adjuster’s license or other required jurisdictional licensing.
