Schedule: Full-Time | 4 days on-site + 1 day WFH

Service Area: In-clinic + in-home clients within the radius of your assigned clinic

Avento Health is recruiting a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a growing pediatric behavioral health organization providing clinic-based and in-home ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities, and language delays.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans

Develop new ABA programs and modify existing programs as clinically indicated

Collaborate with families, clinical leadership, and interdisciplinary team members to review client progress

Provide training, supervision, and support to therapists and clinicians

Communicate with funding sources regarding reports, authorizations, and client progress

Maintain a caseload of billable hours while fulfilling supervisory responsibilities


Qualifications

Active BCBA certification required (must be currently certified)

Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)

Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation

Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

Strong written and verbal English communication skills; bilingual or multilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Ability to adapt to evolving client and scheduling needs

Interest in leadership or higher-level management functions preferred

Bilingual or multilingual candidates may be eligible for increased base pay.
