Overview:

Avento Health has partnered with a pediatric behavioral health organization seeking a BCBA Therapist to support children with autism through evidence-based ABA services. This is a fully remote opportunity offering strong operational support, professional development, and a collaborative, family-centered care model.


Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality ABA services rooted in evidence-based practices

• Partner closely with parents and caregivers to support each child’s goals

• Complete documentation and reports in alignment with quality standards

• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to support care delivery

• Help drive positive outcomes in a supportive, child-focused environment


Required Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification

• Master’s degree

• 2+ years of relevant experience

• Experience supporting children with autism and behavioral health needs


Preferred Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of related experience

• Strong parent collaboration skills

• Comfort working in a remote setting while staying highly organized


Skills and Abilities:

• Applied behavior analysis expertise

• Clear documentation and reporting skills

• Strong communication and family partnership skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Organized, detail-oriented, and quality-focused


Work Environment:

This is a fully remote role supporting pediatric ABA services. Occasional travel may be required.
