Our recruiting company is hiring on behalf of a healthcare client seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) in Ada, OK. This is an on-site opportunity for a licensed professional who is passionate about helping patients improve mobility, manage pain, and restore function in a clinical care setting.

Position Overview

The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, implement therapeutic interventions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support positive patient outcomes. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, dependable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, function, and pain management.
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment goals, home exercise programs, and recovery strategies.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable clinical, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Respond appropriately in stressful situations and exercise sound clinical judgment.

Required Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Oklahoma.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Work Environment

• On-site role in Ada, Oklahoma.
• Travel not required.
• Remote work is not available for this position.
