Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Hospital-Employed Opportunity

Location: Munster, Indiana (Greater Chicagoland Area)

Position Type: Full-Time or 0.8 FTE and above

Schedule: 40 hours per week | Call: 1 weekend per month

Compensation: $135 – $150 per hour

Target Start Date: Approximately 90–120 days post-offer (pending credentialing)

Position Highlights

Established CRNA opportunity with strong hospital support

400-bed regional hospital with 28 ORs

Non-OR anesthesia includes GI suites, Cath Labs, and Interventional Radiology

Average patient volume: 2–10 cases per day

EMR: EPIC (fully integrated, HIMSS Stage VII – top 5% nationwide)

Dedicated EMR support department available


Requirements

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Board Certified

Active or eligible Indiana license

Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-based model


Compensation and Benefits

Competitive hourly rate ($135–$150) aligned with MGMA benchmarks
