About the Opportunity

Avento Health is recruiting a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician for a full-time, outpatient opportunity located in Hobart/ Valparaiso, Indiana, within the Greater Chicagoland region.

Position Highlights

• Outpatient-only practice with no inpatient responsibilities
• 1:10 call rotation (telephone only)
• Average patient volume: 20–26 patients per day
• EPIC EMR system (HIMSS Stage VII – top 5% nationally)

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
