Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Hospital-Based Opportunity (East Chicago, IN)

Location: East Chicago, Indiana (30 minutes from Downtown Chicago)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | On-Call Rotation (Evenings, Weekends, Holidays)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary Range: $130–$150 per hour


About the Opportunity

A well-established healthcare network in the Chicagoland area is expanding its anesthesia team and seeking an experienced or newly graduated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its hospital-based practice. Schedule Details

  • Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Call Structure: CRNAs provide secondary on-call coverage to anesthesiologists for cases extending beyond scheduled hours or weekends.
  • Scheduling: Rotating weeknight and weekend call among three CRNAs, updated monthly.
  • Environment: Inpatient hospital-based position with EPIC EMR (HIMSS Stage VII – top 5% of hospitals nationally).


Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay between $130–$150 (based on experience)
