Compensation

$90,000–$110,000 DOE

About the role

Avento Health recruiting on behalf of an outpatient treatment provider in West Hollywood. The program treats mental health and substance use disorders, including dual diagnosis/co-occurring disorders, and is LGBTQ-friendly.


Team environment

This is a small, team-oriented clinical environment where collaboration, reliability, and strong communication matter. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the program to support consistent care and a positive day-to-day culture.


Level of care

This outpatient program provides structured levels of care, including Partial Hospitalization (PHP/Day Treatment), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and an evening outpatient option.


Caseload

Caseload is up to 10 clients per therapist.


What you’ll do

  • Run therapy groups for adults in a dual diagnosis setting
  • Provide individual therapy sessions and support clinical continuity of care
  • Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Support case management coordination as needed to ensure appropriate services and follow-up
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in case consultation


Requirements

  • Licensed preferred (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Psychologist)
  • Associate-level clinicians considered (AMFT, ASW, APCC) if you have an active supervision plan
  • Experience with co-occurring disorders/dual diagnosis strongly preferred
  • Comfortable leading groups and managing documentation requirements
  • Strong communication, clinical judgment, and reliability in a team setting
  • Must live within commuting distance of West Hollywood and be able to work on-site
