About the Opportunity

Avento Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a well-established, hospital-employed outpatient practice located in the vibrant Northwest Indiana region — just one hour from downtown Chicago.

Position Highlights

• Outpatient-only practice with strong existing patient volume
• Hospital-employed model with long-term stability and growth

• Locations available in Munster and Schererville, Indiana as well
• EPIC EMR – HIMSS Stage VII certified (top 5% of hospitals nationally)
• Nurse practitioner support in outpatient settings

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
• Strong commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care
