OB/GYN Physician – Hospital-Employed Opportunity (Munster, IN)


Location: Munster, Indiana (30–45 minutes from Downtown Chicago)

Position Type: Full-Time, Inpatient and Outpatient

Schedule: 1:6 Call Rotation | Monday–Friday

Relocation Assistance: Available

About the Opportunity

Avento Health is recruiting a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Obstetrician/Gynecologist for a full-time hospital-employed position in the Chicagoland area.

This is a well-established and growing practice that combines the stability of a large, not-for-profit healthcare system with the flexibility to shape your own professional goals. The position includes a balance of inpatient, outpatient, and surgical work, with access to advanced robotic technology and an excellent support team.

Position Highlights

  • Hospital-employed model offering long-term stability and growth potential
  • 1:6 call rotation with strong collegial support
  • Mix of inpatient, outpatient, and surgical practice
  • Robotic surgery proficiency required (da Vinci platform available)
  • EPIC EMR system (HIMSS Stage VII – top 5% of hospitals nationally)
  • Mentorship and collaboration with established physicians
  • Excellent nursing and advanced practice provider support in both hospital and office settings


Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
  • Commitment to evidence-based, compassionate women's healthcare
