Avento Health is recruiting a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) for a full-time, hospital-employed position located in Munster, Indiana — a thriving suburb just 30 minutes from downtown Chicago.

Position Highlights

• Hospital-employed position within a respected regional healthcare organization
• 1:4 call rotation shared with 3 established ENTs
• Mix of inpatient and outpatient practice
• Outpatient surgery with access to advanced facilities
• Opportunity to develop subspecialty interests (e.g., sinus, otology, head & neck, etc.)
• Work across multiple local hospitals for diverse case exposure
• EPIC EMR system (HIMSS Stage VII – top 5% of hospitals nationwide)
• Supportive and collaborative multispecialty physician team

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented approach to patient care
