Cardiovascular Technologist (Cath Lab / CV Lab) – Full-Time, Day Shift – Portland, OR

Avento Health is recruiting a Cardiovascular Technologist for a Portland, Oregon medical center within a large, mission-driven healthcare system. This is a full-time, day shift opportunity in a high-acuity Cardiovascular Lab environment using advanced imaging and interventional technology.
Compensation & Perks
• $15,000 sign-on bonus (eligible external candidates; subject to payout conditions)

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll perform and assist with cardiac and vascular radiographic exams and interventional procedures in a Cardiovascular Lab setting. You’ll work with sophisticated imaging equipment to support physicians and provide exceptional patient care throughout diagnostic and interventional cases.
Core Responsibilities
• Perform/assist with cardiac & vascular radiographic examinations
• Support radiographic interventional procedures in the CV/Cath Lab
• Operate and troubleshoot complex imaging and interventional lab equipment
• Maintain patient safety, procedure readiness, and accurate documentation
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the multidisciplinary CV team

Qualifications
Required:
• Associate degree
• One of the following upon hire:
• National certification through Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI), or
• National certification through ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
• BLS (American Heart Association) – upon hire
• ACLS (American Heart Association) – upon hire
Preferred:
• RT(R)(CV) / Registered Technologist – Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiography (highly desirable)
• Experience in special procedures / interventional environments
