About the Opportunity

Avento Health is recruiting a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician for a full-time outpatient opportunity in Valparaiso, Indiana.

Position Highlights

• Outpatient-only practice with no inpatient responsibilities
• Shared office setting with another experienced Primary Care Provider
• Flexible Monday–Friday schedule to support work-life balance
• 1:10 call rotation (telephone only)
• See 15–30 patients per day, treating patients across the lifespan (Pediatrics through Geriatrics)
• No OB responsibilities
• EPIC EMR (HIMSS Stage VII – top 5% of hospitals nationally)
• Supportive environment with strong physician collaboration and administrative resources

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
• Dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality primary care
