Location: Hobart, Indiana (45 minutes from Downtown Chicago)

Position Type: Full-Time, Inpatient and Outpatient

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 1:5 Call Rotation | Flexible Start Times

About the Opportunity

Avento Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurologist for a full-time, hospital-employed position located in Hobart, Indiana, within the Greater Chicagoland area.


This is an excellent opportunity to join a collegial, multidisciplinary neurology team within a respected, not-for-profit healthcare system. The position offers flexibility to design your practice around your clinical interests — with inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, access to advanced EMR technology, and strong administrative support.

Position Highlights

  • Established neurology practice within a large regional health system
  • Inpatient and outpatient clinical mix
  • Flexible Monday–Friday schedule promoting work-life balance
  • 1:5 call rotation shared among experienced neurologists
  • See approximately 12–25 clinic patients per day
  • EPIC EMR (HIMSS Stage VII – top 5% nationally) with full system integration

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in Neurology
  • Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
  • Interest in subspecialty development (optional but encouraged)
  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered neurological care
