Title: Quality Assurance Analyst

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay: $35-40/hr

This role supports the delivery of reliable, secure software by validating that applications meet defined business and technical requirements prior to release. The Quality Assurance Analyst partners with development and product teams to execute structured testing, identify issues, and uphold quality standards throughout the software lifecycle.

Your role

·     Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scenarios based on business and technical requirements.

·     Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing across enterprise applications.

·     Document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution while providing clear, reproducible steps.

·     Validate defect fixes and perform follow-up regression testing to confirm stability.

·     Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure release readiness and adequate test coverage.

·     Apply structured testing methodologies including black-box, white-box, smoke, and user acceptance testing.

What you’ve got

·     4+ years of experience testing enterprise-level software applications.

·     Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman or other REST clients.

·     Working knowledge of SQL and data validation techniques.

·     Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or comparable issue tracking tools.

·     Ability to work independently while applying strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

·     Familiarity with Agile delivery environments, including Scrum ceremonies and processes.
