Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and/or lead federal and state tax planning initiatives.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of consolidated U.S. federal and state income tax returns and quarterly estimated payments.
  • Support quarterly and annual income tax provision, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
  • Research, analyze, and document complex federal and state tax issues with audit-ready workpapers.
  • Prepare technical tax memos and assist with tax authority inquiries and audits.
  • Utilize OneStream for financial data analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with global Tax, Legal, Treasury, and Finance teams.
  • Mentor and develop junior tax team members.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, including automation and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or Master’s in Tax preferred.
  • 8–12 years of federal and state tax experience, ideally in a corporate or Big Four environment.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. tax rules, including BEAT, S174, CAMT, 163(j), and consolidated returns.
  • Experience with ASC 740, FIN 48, APB 23, and U.S. GAAP.
  • Familiarity with OneSource Income Tax; Power BI and OneStream experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • State and local tax experience required; international tax exposure is a plus.
