Contracts Manager
We are developing a large portfolio of communications facilities across several fast-growing U.S. metros. Site candidate selection and acquisition, as well as carrier licensing are some of our biggest bottlenecks, and we’re looking for a Contracts Manager to assume a specialty role for which to-date generalist Project Managers have been responsible.
Responsibilities
- Manage national portfolio of communications facility site leases, site licenses, easements, non-disturbance agreements, and other real estate contracts across multiple geographies and stages of the leasing and licensing process.
- Train, develop and oversee in-house and third-party leasing specialists and brokers.
- Expand and perfect templates on continual basis based upon patterns gleaned from experience and emerging best industry practices.
- Establish business rules and acceptable alternatives for driving successful outcomes in contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with Business Development, R&D, Program Management, Legal and carrier customers to develop standards (i.e., time, financial, siting, design, responsibilities, cost, etc.) and process flows for the successful execution on projects.
- Compile and analyze site- and company-level data sets to determine the best implementation strategy for each project in the pipeline.
- Develop and pursue strategy for management of completed contracts (i.e., extensions, compliance, optimization, etc.).
- Expand oversight into other contract management realms: (i.e., vendor services agreements, joint venture agreements, purchase & sale agreements, etc.).
