We are seeking a Construction Estimator to prepare accurate preliminary budgets and cost analyses for raw land telecommunications projects. This role requires strong critical thinking, the ability to interpret limited project information, and experience with construction timelines and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop preliminary construction budgets using SCIP packages, Google Earth, site sketches, and other early-stage documents.
• Evaluate sites with limited information and make informed assumptions about construction conditions.
• Interpret geotechnical reports and determine appropriate foundation types and associated costs.
• Estimate time, labor, and cost requirements for various tower types and construction phases.
• Update budgets promptly as new project information becomes available.
• Prepare high-cost summary write-ups for customer submissions when budgets exceed thresholds.
• Review construction drawings, scopes of work, and GC documentation to complete closeout packages and request missing details.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction estimating, ideally in telecommunications or raw-land development.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, soils reports, and technical documents.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
