A&E Director - fully remote (ideally in Texas or Arizona but can be flexible)

Responsible for setting standards/procedures within a small tower company for A&E deliverables. Will eventually have several Specialists/Managers under this person as the A&E division grows. Will be crafting and implementing processes that can be followed to the letter every time to increase efficiency and production.

Will be collaborating with zoning, leasing, construction, and legal. Must be someone with a strong strategic mind and leadership skills, who can implement a process for everything from site design through to the end of a project.

Earlier in their career, should have a background of CAD design, QA/QC, reviewing, etc.
