We are seeking a Contract‑to‑Operations (C2O) Transition Manager (Parcel • LTL • Final‑Mile • 3PL Contract Logistics)to lead the launch and stabilization of new transportation and logistics programs across our parcel, LTL, final‑mile, and 3PL partner networks. This role ensures newly awarded contracts are operationalized with precision, delivering seamless handoffs from Sales and Legal into Business‑as‑Usual (BAU) operations.


SHIPSI is a delivery and fulfillment technology platform that empowers retailers and e-commerce businesses to offer fast, flexible delivery options without overhauling their existing operations. Through a single integration, SHIPSI connects merchants to a nationwide network of delivery providers, enabling same-day, scheduled, next-day, and standard shipping from existing stores, warehouses, and fulfillment centers.


The successful candidate will:

  • Lead end‑to‑end transition planning for new customer, carrier, and 3PL contracts
  • Coordinate cross‑functional readiness across hubs, linehaul, final‑mile, and branded delivery programs
  • Translate contractual requirements into operational workflows, SOPs, and routing guides
  • Oversee carrier onboarding, 3PL ramp‑up, and system integrations (TMS/WMS/API/EDI)
  • Manage hyper care stabilization, SLA monitoring, and early‑stage issue resolution
  • Build dashboards for on‑time performance, scan compliance, claims, and cost‑to‑serve
  • Partner with Workforce Planning to align staffing with volume forecasts and service windows
  • Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, hazmat, and brand‑specific delivery standards

 

What we would like to see:

  • 10+ years in transportation, parcel operations, final‑mile, or 3PL logistics
  • Experience launching new carrier programs and / or operational transitions
  • Strong project management skills (PMP, Agile, ITIL preferred)
  • Familiarity with TMS/WMS platforms, carrier APIs, EDI (204/214/990), and visibility tools
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation skills
