A leading independent insurance agency with multiple Wisconsin locations is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their growing team. This position offers the flexibility to work fully remote while collaborating with a supportive group of professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional client service.

About the Role

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you’ll manage a designated book of business, handling renewals, marketing, and day-to-day client service needs. You’ll act as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring their insurance programs are comprehensive, accurate, and competitively priced.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of commercial client accounts, including renewals, endorsements, billing, and certificates.
• Market new and renewal business to carriers and prepare proposals.
• Provide coverage recommendations and respond promptly to client inquiries.
• Maintain organized and accurate records in the agency management system.
• Build lasting client relationships through proactive communication and expert service.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of commercial lines experience in an independent agency.
• Active Wisconsin Property & Casualty license (required).
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, rating, and underwriting.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
